Specifically, I seek records of the following for the period from 1st January 2010 to the date of this letter: 1. The number of contracts awarded by the Department (or agencies or bodies operating under its aegis) to named company. 2. The total financial value of each contract, and the cumulative value of all contracts awarded to Named company in this period. 3. The nature and purpose of each contract (e.g. school meals provision, supply of goods or services, etc.). 4. The selection or procurement process by which named company was awarded each contract (including whether the contract was subject to open tender, direct award, or other procurement method). 5. All Department stipulations as to the required food preparation methods. 6. Copies of any evaluations, assessments or scoring sheets generated during the awarding of these contracts (subject to redaction of any third-party commercial information if necessary). 7. The names of the schools or institutions, if any, to which named company supplied services under Department contracts.
