Access to all records ( in the form photocopies and/or digital copies)in the possession or procurement of Louth County Council, in respect of any or all works to the roads and property abutting property at Newdfoundwell, Drogheda, Co. Louth. Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, this request includes any works carried out of foot of road opening licenses during the past ten years which affected the property circled in blue on the attached map. Where such records do not exist, or not available or thought to be withheld, please furnish a statement in writing of the reasons for any such acts or omissions.
