“the Attorney General’s report recommending Fingal County Council as noise regulator as referred to by Minister Ross here: https://www.oireachtas.ie/ga/debates/debate/joint_committee_on_transpor t_tourism_and_sport/2018-07-11/5/ and any internal memos, reports or other communication (electronic or otherwise) within the Department referring to the pros and cons of appointing Fingal as the noise regulator. Any correspondence between the Department and Fingal that has to do with how resident complaints are dealt with, including any correspondence, reports or memos evaluating or commenting on the schemes administered by the DAA (home insulation scheme and home buyout scheme) as well as any correspondence or memos within the department evaluating the success of the processes and policies in relation to homeowner complaints.”
