1. I am seeking any and all information, records and documents held by you, which may relate to, or explain An Garda Siochána's use of the Housing Miscellaneous Act(s) on or around the Hill of Tara. I am seeking any and all information, documents or records which relate to, or indicate the Council's role in these incidents, if any. 2. I am also seeking any and all documents, information or guidance relating to whether the public are permitted access to the car park, and any and all information or documents or explanations as to how this decision was reached, and who is responsible for such decisions. 3. I am seeking clarification as to who owns the car park on the Hill of Tara, and if the council holds an interest.
