Information Request #1: All guidance/advisories/papers/discussion documents etc. produced by the Department of Public Expenditure and Reform with respect to the Protected Disclosure Act 2014, regarding, but not limited to, its implementation, operation, and the management process for dealing with disclosures made tending to show relevant wrongdoing pursuant to the provisions of the Protected Disclosures Act 2014 which was circulated internally within D PER AND/OR externally[1] by D PER, its servants, or agents. Information Request #2: All guidance/advisories/papers/discussion documents etc produced by the Department of Public Expenditure and Reform with respect to the Protected Disclosure Amendment Bill 2022, with respect to its implementation, operation and the management process for dealing with disclosures made tending to show relevant wrongdoing which was circulated internally within D PER AND/OR externally[2] by D PER, its servants, or agents.
