I would like to request access to the following records for the Advisory Council on Companion Animal Welfare, • Its minutes from January 2022 - to date • A current membership list and contact details (eg email, website) • A copy of all presentations to or from the council, and any of its working groups • Copies of all communication to/from the council (or any of its working groups) including any communication from any government department, minister, working group, cross party group • Minutes from any working groups or cross party groups that any member of the ACCAW has been invited to participate in on behalf of the council Then on the 18th April 2024, you mailed a clarification in relation to point 4 of your request: I would like to receive copies of all communications to/from the advisory council (or any of its working groups) in relation to the following: • The working group on control of dogs https://www.gov.ie/en/publication/0d6d7-working- group-on-control-of-dogs/ • Joint Committee on Agriculture, Food and the Marine appearances by civil servants/TDs in relation to dog control/ animal welfare • The Dog Control Stakeholder Group announced in November 2023 • Department of Integration (specifically with regards to the import of pet animals from Ukraine) • County councils/ dog warden/ dog pound services
