Any records relating to the preparation for, administration of, and evaluation of the non-statutory consultation for the Salthill Temporary Cycle Way held in January 2022. The records I am interested in include, but are not restricted to, the following: • Any records documenting the process that led to initially offering a binary choice between Option 1 and Option 2. • Any records documenting the process that led to the amendment to the online form to offer a third Do Nothing option. • Any records documenting the process by which the final form structure and questions were determined. • Any records documenting preparations put in place to ensure that the online form or email submissions were not skewed by automated submissions or multiple manual submissions from the same source. • Any records documenting the outcome of the aforementioned preparations put in place to ensure that the online form or email submissions were not skewed by automated submissions or multiple manual submissions from the same source.
