1. SDCC signed off on purchase of 126 Westend Gate, D24 KX03 by way of CE order on 4/4/2024 in relation to tenant in purchase situ scheme. On 23/4/24 SDCC withdrew from he purchase process and advised non procedure with acquisition. I seek an explanation for this withdrawal. 2. How many property unit purchase have SDCC completed in the period April 2023 to 31/3/24.
