I request access to all environmental information held by the Department relating to Questions 8 and 9 of the public consultation concerning Community Benefit Funds and Near Neighbour Payments: For context, see attached presentation on your website – Gov Dept_PPT-Template., in respect of the Consultation on CBFs under RESS and link to Consultation on DCEE webpage ( Consultation on Community Benefit Funds (CBF) under the Renewable Electricity Support Scheme_: We seek full records of all consultation responses and in addition, all documentation records in respect of the below questions and answers on same: Q8. Do respondents agree with this proposal, and why? Q9. Do respondents have specific suggestions on how Funds should respond to cases where Near Neighbour Payments represent a high proportion of the Fund? This request includes, but is not limited to: • All correspondence, emails, letters, briefing notes, reports, meeting notes and records discussing Questions 8 and 9. • Records relating to the review, analysis or assessment of submissions received in response to Questions 8 and 9. • Any summaries, recommendations, decision papers or records of decisions arising from consideration of those submissions. • Any records discussing how Community Benefit Funds should operate where Near Neighbour Payments represent a high proportion of the Fund, including where such payments exceed 50% of the Fund. • Any correspondence or records explaining the rationale for adopting, rejecting or modifying proposals relating to Near Neighbour Payments. Where records exist in draft and final form, I request access to both.
