Department of Transport

Under the regulations of the Freedom of Information Act I am hereby making an application to receive a full copy (electronic format is acceptable) of the independent report into the future of the Western Rail Corridor submitted to the Department of Transport in the past few months by EY Consulting. This report was paid for by public funds and I would like to see a full copy of the report as delivered to the Department. I believe the contents of this report would suggest that reopening the Western Rail Corridor is not viable, and the subsequent reluctance to release it suggests that someone in authority would like to hide it. I believe this would make a compelling RTÉ Prime Time special, and I have copied them here.
