A copy of any correspondence (including internal correspondence, and correspondence exchanged with An Garda Siochana, other Government Departments, local authorities and other parties), briefing notes, reports, assessments, guidance, minutes of meetings, attendances, standard operating procedure or similar documents on the procedures planned or in place to procedure or similar documents on the procedures planned or in place to manage safety concerns and/or security risks regarding international protection applicants who were or are without accommodation and who were or are experiencing homelessness.
