1. INIS definition of continuous residency from policy documents. 2. The publication dates of documents containing the definition of continuous residency, document title, number of reference code. 3. Procedures for putting notes of files of GNIB recipients, details of who may enter a note on the database / file. Is there a check, review, approve process for notes put on files of GNIB recipients. 6. If procedure exists for contacting GNIB recipients when a note is put on their file. 7. What is INIS process / procedure when a GNIB recipient is refused renewal at a Garda station outside Dublin, upon presentation by the GNIB recipient wherein the validity of the GNIB card and the applicable INIS criteria is satisfied? 8. As per INIS policy, must the decision to refuse the GNIB participant upon presentation at the Garda station as per the criteria above be made in writing and reasons for the refusal of renewal be made clear to the recipient 9.
