I wish to request access to records held by Tipperary County Council in relation to the proposed development of an Anaerobic Digestion facility at Ballaghveny, Ballymackey, Co. Tipperary. Specifically, I am seeking access to the following: All communications, meetings, and advice (including emails, letters, phone call records, notes, minutes, or any other written or recorded exchanges) between: Mr. Tim Cullinan and any representatives of his companies, Tipperary Milling Co. Unlimited Company & Woodville Pig Farms Co. Unlimited, including his consultants, project manager Mr. Ian Burke, and any other associates, and Any member, official, or representative of Tipperary County Council, including but not limited to the Planning Department, the current and former Director of Services, the current and former Director of Roads, Transportation and Health & Safety, the current and former CEO, and any other Council staff or personnel, concerning the proposed Anaerobic Digestion facility at Ballaghveny, Ballymackey. All internal correspondence or records (including emails, memos, notes, or meeting minutes) within Tipperary County Council that refer to or discuss communications, meetings, or advice involving Mr. Tim Cullinan, Tipperary Milling Ltd, or their representatives in connection with the proposed Anaerobic Digestion facility. ​This request does not include any records or material relating to the presentation given by Mr. Tim Cullinan and his consultants on 22nd March at the March Council meeting, as those records have already been requested under a separate FOI application.
