Under the FOI Act 2014, I am seeking the following: - copies of any correspondence between OPW and the Department of Health relating to issues with fire alarms at Miesian Plaza. - copies of any correspondence between OPW and the Department of Health relating to electrical issues in the canteen of Miesian Plaza. - copies of any correspondence between OPW and the Department of Health regarding the decision by the canteen contractor at Miesian Plaza to cease service in early January. - copies of any correspondence between the OPW and the canteen contractor in relation to the following issues: fire/smoke alarms, electrical issues, decision to cease hot food service, decision to cease services entirely. I would prefer to receive this information electronically, ideally in its original electronic format.
