All documentation related to legal advices used to determine that a foreshore licence was not required for survey works carried out under Marine Notice No: 40 of 2022 and in Marine Notice No: 36 of 2022 issued by the Department of Transport during 2022. This should include all documentation related to legal advices used to determine that a foreshore licence was not required, including regard for the Habitats Directive, Natura 2000 sites, SPAs and SACs in the survey area, and the impact of geo-physical surveys on marine mammals.
