All documents concerning the cost of the trial of a named person who was acquitted in relation to a number of charges under the 1990 Companies Act concerning the alleged failure to make certain disclosures to the auditors of a named company. I would like costs incurred in the period since 2 June 2015 when a previous trial collapsed.
