Department and members of the Pensions Council (and/or officials of the Pensions Authority acting for Council) in advance of Minister Humphreys’ letter of 26 April 2023 to Roma Burke, chairperson of the Pensions Council, in relation to the wording of the Minister’s letter requesting an assessment of my auto-enrolment proposal. 2.A second email was received making an extension of the request and I request discussions between the Department and the Pensions Council in relation to the wording of the letter to me of 28 April 2023, in particular the differences between it and the wording of the Minister’s letter to Roma Burke, should be added to my FOI request. 3.Discussions between the Department and the Pensions Council on the wording of the letter from Roma Burke to Minister Humphreys in February 2024.
