I wish to make a Freedom of Information (FOI) request, under the FOI Act of 2014, in respect of the following documents held by the Office of Government Procurement (OGP): Copies of the following documents related to RFT 128458-PAS097F (SRFT Title: “Provision of ICT Consultancy Services with Regard to Cloud Services”): i. The full report prepared by the consultant appointed to undertake the work in question. For the avoidance of doubt, this is the report that, as per page 17 of PAS097F, is intended – inter alia – to determine “the nature, scope and scale of demand for cloud services and commitment to invest in such services across the public service”. ii. The recommendations made – if such recommendations are separate to, or were not contained within, the full report – regarding “the feasibility of developing a Cloud Services Category Strategy for the ICT Portfolio” (as per page 17 of PAS097F). iii. The client survey/questionnaire which was “aimed at determining the nature, scope and scale of demand and commitment to invest in cloud technologies across the public service” (page 17 of PAS097F). iv. Any additional summary or presentation (whether in email, Word document or PowerPoint format), related to the full and final report or any recommendations flowing from that report, that was presented to the OGP CEO/CPO, and/or Director of Sourcing, and/or OGP Executive, and/or the Board of the OGP.
