Department of Public Expenditure, Infrastructure, Public Service Reform and Digitalisation

In accordance with the Freedom of Information Act, I request access to the following records which are non-personal and which I believe are held by the Department of Public Expenditure dated between December 1, 2023, and the date of this request: • Records of correspondence, reports and memos and other submissions sent to the offices of the Minister and Minister of State by KPMG regarding the development of key infrastructure in Ireland and blockages with same. Where sensitive information that cannot be released under the Freedom of Information Act is an issue, I am willing to receive redacted information. I am happy to discuss any aspect of my request insofar as it would help to clarify anything or make the process as efficient as possible. I appreciate your time in considering my request.
