Correspondence with Avison Young between 1 July 2021 and 30 June 2022 in respect of Project Big Move; 3. Records relating to the evaluation process which led to the short list of 4 preferred options for the new NTA office as part of Project Big Move; 4. Records demonstrating when the shortlist evaluation criteria and scoring approach was agreed for Project Big Move; 5. Records relating to the involvement of the independent monitor from AECOM in agreeing the shortlist evaluation criteria and scoring approach for Project Big Move; 6. Records relating to the review/challenge process undertaken prior to selecting the 4 preferred options for the new NTA office and prior to selecting the preferred option of Haymarket House; 7. Correspondence between the NTA and the OPW in connection with Project Big Move (other than the letter dated 26 January 2022 from OPW to NTA which we already have a copy of); and 8. Any records setting out the lease payments and fit out costs relevant to the new premises.
