I understand that the Minister asked his Assistant Secretary Matt Collins to convene a senior oversight group bringing together the Department, the Chief Executive of ESBN and the Chief Infrastructure officer (onshore) of Eirgird. I would like to request the following: 1. Records of meetings of that group. • Agendas Minutes Notes taken by officials Presentations or papers circulated Follow-up actions or decisions 2. Outputs of the group • Reports, recommendations, or summaries Advice to the Minister Updates prepared for senior management or the Minister 3. Records concerning the establishment and purpose of this senior oversight group, including any terms of reference, briefing notes, or instructions issued to convene the group. I would like to limit the search from January 2025 to present.
