In the period of 01/06/2025 to 06/1/2025: RE: Provisions of the Planning Development Act 2024 that came into force on 02/10/2025, namely the enacted parts of Section 356 (Designated regional enforcement authority) Request for the following: - • Any reports, memos or briefings outlining details concerning the potential establishment of any potential regional enforcement authority or local authority(ies) which may house it; • Correspondence or meeting records [Minutes and presentations] with any local authorities, the EPA or other public bodies concerning the potential establishment of any potential regional enforcement authority.
