I am seeking information pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act. The information I am seeking is the following: On 11 July 2021 an article was published on the RTE website titles “Animal Welfare inspector moved over ‘credible’ safety threat’ - https://www.rte.ie/news/munster/2021/0711/1234437-animal-cruelty/. The article referenced a report that detailed the difficulties encountered by the inspector as well as a note attached to a DAFM inspection report that said the “ISPCA was reviewing its presence in Limerick due to a lack of funding, and also because the Limerick inspector had received "significant threats to XXX personal safety on a number of occasions".”
