Request for a record showing the total amount of money spent by the department on lights, light fittings, light shades, non-standard bulbs, or other lighting-related purchases. 1. purchases arising since 18/12/2024 -the first sitting date of the current Dáil 2. Equipment / goods purchased for use in rooms in government departments occupied by Minister s of State and members of the cabinet. 3. equipment / goods purchased for use in rooms in the Oireachtas occupied by Senators, TDs, Minister s of State and Members of the Cabinet; It can further be limited to exclude expenditure genuinely routine in nature - e.g. replacement of blown bulbs, and to exclude any replacement / work undertaken exclusively on safety grounds.
