I am requesting all documents held by the OPW, including quotes and contracts and invoices, on works carried out in the past two years on the “guard units” at the entrance to Government Buildings at Merrion Street. I am requesting all correspondence – including emails and text messages – between the Office of Public Works and Minister Patrick O’Donovan and his staff in relation to all matters concerning the refurbishments and contracts associated with such works. I am requesting the “business case” for the works. I am requesting the original estimates, the final costings and total payments made to contractors.
