Department of Public Expenditure, Infrastructure, Public Service Reform and Digitalisation

I wish to request a copy of all communications concerning my Appeal to the Minister for Public Expenditure, NDP Delivery and Reform, made under the provisions of the Coillte Teo Pension Scheme, lodged with Coillte in Oct 23 and lodged with the Departments in Nov 2023. In accordance with the terms of the Scheme, my Appeal was passed by Coillte to the Dept of Agriculture, who passed it to the Dept of Public Expenditure for decision. The Department of Public Expenditure reference is PER - MDO - 01860 - 2024. . My request includes all communications concerning the Appeal from and to Coillte Teo, from and to the Minister and the Department for Public Expenditure, NDP Delivery and Reform - including all communicaions concerning the Appeal with all other individuals or bodies by the Minister and/or Department of Public Expenditure - and from and to the Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine. For absolute clarity, I wish to get a copy of all the papers, the entire 'file'. If there is any information which cannot be provided, please advise me of the details and the reason why it cannot be provided. In the case of any redaction, please advise me of details and the reason for the redaction.
