1. Briefing document for recruits detailing stages of recruitment including fitness tests to be completed. 2. Full schedule of fitness test (e.g. climbing ladder, casualty evacuation, equipment carry) undertaken by applicants to include; a. Individual details of specific tasks to be carried out. b. Exact time limits associated with each task. 3. Evidence of the process of development, trialling and testing of Equipment Carry Test. 4. Any record of reference taken from any international standard while formulating testing. 5. Findings from trials & investigations held before implementation of said test in the recruitment process including but not limited to gender, height, weight, BMI, level of physical activity giving clear results for male vs female participants. 6. Evidence of any statement or investigations ledged or considered during or prior to the development of such in relation to possibility of gender inequality in regard to the above mentioned trials/ tests. 7.
