Under the Access to Information on the Environment (AIE) Regulations 2007-2018 I am seeking records relating to the transposing of the Energy Efficiency Directive. Please provide any communication sent or received by the Department in relation to the transposing of the Energy Efficiency Directive and any delays in accomplishing this, covering the period 7 November 2025 to 2 April 2026. This includes any internal or external letters, emails, memos, reports, briefing material, or presentations relating to the above. It was confirmed and understood that this request relates only to the transposition of Article 12 of the Energy Efficiency Directive.
