RE: contracts issued by the department/National Parks and Wildlife Service (NPWS): Request for:  Copy of the tender documentation issued or published by the department/NPWS in 2019 and/or 2020 as part of procurement process to obtain the necessary external bird species monitoring services as part of the Irish Wetland Bird Study (I-WeBS) and the Countryside Bird Survey (CBS) as well as for procurement process for any other similar bird survey projects within the framework of the EU Birds Directive which were tendered for in those years.  Details of when and where the Request for Tender documentation was published.  Copies of any correspondence, including letters, emails and any other forms of written correspondence regarding the specific Request for Tender or the procurement process issued by officials of the department/NPWS to existing or prospective service providers ahead of the deadline for receipt of submitted tenders.  Records of any meetings or conversations regarding the specific Request for Tender held by officials of the department/NPWS with existing or prospective service providers ahead of the deadline for receipt of submitted tenders.  Details of the number of tender proposals received as part of these procurement processes for each respective project.  A copy of the contracts awarded to the successful tenderers, including any associated conditions, tasks, outputs, or deliverables agreed upon.
