I wish to make a request under the Freedom of Information Act for the following: 1. The number of “Records of Processing Activities (RoPA) completed for each OPW business unit per year from 2019 to date. 2. The total expenditure on data protection specific software for “One Trust” and “DPOrganiser” from 2018 to present. 3. What sections of OPW have these software packages been rolled out to for use by staff in preparing RoPAs, and when? 4. The specific “Data Protection”qualifications of the current Data Protection Officer and their staff when commencing their duties in the Data Protection Unit in February 2025 and the data protection specific qualifications accredited to date 5. Minutes of meetings/emails etc between the Data Protection Commission and the Chairman’s Office from July 2024 to date Points 1-4 should be within the remit of the Data Protection Unit while point 5 may rest with the Chairman’s office/Director of Corporate Services.
