All correspondence relating to and details of all applications for or enquiries relating to admission to the Revised Civil Service Pension Scheme (Spouses and Children’s) or its equivalent since 1 January 2016 by anyone, who previously had declined to join the Revised Pension Scheme, which were received, considered, refused, authorized or approved by the Department of Justice and showing how the application or enquiry was dealt with.
