Records in relation to NPWS reports and investigation files for investigations that were live/active between 01/09/2021 and 31/12/2021 concerning suspected breaches of the Wildlife Acts, the European Communities (Birds and Natural Habitats) Regulations 2011, or SI No. 481 of 2010 (Restrictions on Use of Poison Bait) Regulations 2010, where the offences involved or suspected involved the poisoning of wild animals or birds.
