I would like you to provide me the following information if possible (in relation to Emo Court), under the Freedom of Information Act. 1. What are the OPW's lock-up procedures? 2. What is the expected response time of Key Guard Security to an issue at EMO court? 3. How many times have Key Guard security needed to be called to let people out of Emo Court? 4. You state that the exit gate is to remain open after the these times, this is very vague, can you provide me with an exact time that Key Guard Security have been advise to lock the gates? eg 21:05, 21:30, or the conditions that Key Guard Security have been advised must be met in order to lock the gates? Has Key Guard Security been advised to lock the gates regardless of people and cars still on the grounds as the security guard stated?
