This should include, but not be limited, to: Any internal correspondence relating to the matter. Related documents such, such as emails, memos. Any reports or audits produced, internal or external, in relation to the operation of the programme, or as to inform as to if the programme should continue. Any minutes, records or notes pertaining to any meeting at which this issue was discussed. Any communications with other government departments or state agencies. Any documents in relation to registered charities being requested to make payments to third parties in relation to the programme. All other documentation pertinent to this issue.
