Please provide the following environmental information relating to European Commission infringement proceedings INFR(2012)4028 / 2012/4028, concerning Ireland’s implementation of public participation and access-to-justice obligations under EU environmental law. For the period 1 January 2021 to the date of this request, I request copies of: 1.
