​Can I request the following information. 1. The number of dwelling sold by the council through the tennant (incremental purchase scheme) for the last 5 years 2. As per above please state the number of dwellings sold by the local authority where the Tennant received a 40% 50% or 60% reduction on property value as allowable in Tennant incremental purchase scheme. ​3. The number of properties that were originally sold by the local authority and the owner then sold the property on, and the council are entitled to an incremental purchase charge
