In regard to the recent interviews for Assistant Chief Fire Officer which I recently attended, I request all documentation, notes or emails regarding my attendance and method of shortlisting, I also request a copy of the interviewer’s questions that I was asked at interview and any handwritten notes to the marking of my answers to these questions at interview. I also request the highest and lowest score obtained for each section that assessments was marked by on candidates at interview. Please contact me if more clarification is needed.
