These are the same entity but the name was changed at one point. In my request I refer to NACDA but this is shorthand for NACDA and NACD. ORIGINAL WORDING: I am requesting records held by the Department of Health relating to the work of the former National Advisory Committee on Drugs and Alcohol (NACDA)/ National Advisory Committee on Drugs (NACD). Specifically, I request: 1. A list of all research projects commissioned or conducted in-house by the NACDA, including: o the project/research title, o the cost of the research, o the commission date, and o the publication date (where applicable). 2. Any correspondence, minutes, or records relating to delayed or blocked publication of NACDA- commissioned research, including but not limited to: o objections to publication, o issues raised regarding research integrity, o policy reasons given for withholding publication, and o any decisions not to proceed with publication.
