Records (i) that demonstrates the number of surveillance devices/systems/whichever is most practical/ utilized by CCC for (a) traffic management purposes, (b) for waste enforcement purposes and (c) the number of community CCTV schemes CCC participates in, as well as (d) the number of CCTV systems operated for any other purpose other than those listed above. A copy of the current DPA's on file for each CCTV system operated by CCC (including CCTV systems in council buildings). Please also direct me to your council's CCTV code of practice/policy.
