· Copies of letters or email correspondence (including attachments) to or from RTE about impairments in any of RTE's annual reports / financial statements for any of the years 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2023; · Copies of minutes of any meetings with RTE about impairments in any of RTE's annual reports / financial statements for any of the years 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2023; · Copies of any assessments, briefings or reports sent from NewERA to the Department of Arts, Media, Communications, Culture and Sport (including at ministerial level) concerning RTE's annual reports / financial statements for any of the years 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2023; · Copies of any correspondence since 1 April 2025 between NewERA and the Department concerning RTE’s ERP project and/or financial accounts
