Copies of any correspondence/representations received by the Department from members of the public or politicians relating to the proposed opening of a Direct Provision Centre in Oughterard, as well as the decision by the hotel owner to revoke the tender for its opening. I am also requesting minutes of any meetings and/or meeting logs attended by the Minister, his secretaries and/or the Secretary General of the Department with members of the public, RIA or within the Department regarding the same.
