I wish to request, under the Freedom of Information Act, access to correspondence between named company and Oonagh McPhillips in relation to the Draft General Scheme of the Defamation (Amendment) Bill. 2. I also wish to request, under the Freedom of Information Act, access to any other correspondence during 2023 and 2024 with Ms McPhillips or Minister McEntee in relation to the Draft General Scheme of the Defamation (Amendment) Bill.
