Under the FOI Act 2014, I am seeking the following: A record of the percentage number of parking fines which were paid in your local authority area for each of the following years: 2021, 2022. A List (annonymised) of the ten offenders with the highest amount of unpaid parking tickets in your area with the amount that each of them owe. Record indicating how much was collected in parking fines for each of the following years; 2021, 2022. Copies of any correspondence received from elected members with regard to parking fines incurred by themselves or their constituents in the period 1 Jan 2022 to date of receipt of this request plus the response issued.
