Under the Freedom of Information Act 2014 we now request 1. the findings of the Inspector in relation to S8687. (in February '23 we received an email stating that the matter had been referred to an Inspector and we would be informed when a decision is made) 2. the current status of the legal process in relation to S8687. (Lands at San Jose, New Road, Clondalkin, Dublin 22)
