I would like to request the following information under the Freedom of Information Act 2014. I am not sure which department this should be directed to but suspected it would be either the department of the environment or the department of defence. Which law allows the Irish Government to conduct Stratospheric Aerosol Injection in the Irish skies? 2. Does the Geneva Convention protect you from running Stratospheric Aerosol Injection programs? 3. Is the Irish Government in breach of the Nuremberg Code of 1947 as a result of conducting experiment Stratospheric Aerosol Injection programs that could impact the Irish people’s health? 4. What does the injected substance contain? 5. Who is contracted to operate the Stratospheric Aerosol Injection program? 6. Does the Irish Government have contact with Blackrock or Vanguard regarding any such contracts? 7. How will the weather repair as hundreds of tonnes of chemical are sprayed every day? 8. What is the tipping point of chemicals per day in kilos? 9. Will the Irish Government take responsibility for any deaths or damage to the environment (as a result of spraying)? 10. Do the chemicals cause harm to biological systems, what are the effect on the biology and health of the body of men and women and the ecosystem with their accumulation over time? 11. Who is the man or woman responsible for authorising these injections and spraying?
