1. Letters/emails/communications/submissions etc. sent to the Minister from 2014 to 20 October 2017 from any interested party that discuss the Criminal Justice (Community Sanctions) Bill 2014. This includes (but is not limited to) any other State body or any other representative of a State body; the Law Society; the Bar Council; the Association of Judges in Ireland; any current or former judge; any solicitor or barrister acting in an individual capacity. 2. Memoranda of any minutes of meetings between the Minister from 2014 to 20 October 2017 with any interested party that discussed this Bill. This includes (but is not limited to): any State body or any other representative of a State body; the Law Society; the Bar Council; the Association of Judges in Ireland; any current or former judge; any solicitor or barrister acting in an individual capacity. 3. Memoranda of any internal meetings of the Department of Justice from 2014 to 20 October 2017 that discussed this Bill.
