In accordance with section 12 of the Freedom of Information Act 2014, I wish to request access to the following records/details:- A copy of an internal cost option appraisal report carried out by the OPW in 2015 which identified Military Road, Kilmainham, as the optimum site for the construction of a new Garda Dublin command centreI would request that this information be provided in digital format, although if this is not possible any other format is also acceptable.
