My request relates to equine transport and welfare. I seek: • The number and details of any suspension, revocation, refusal or similar of any Type 2 Authorised Transporter who is authorised to transport equines since January 1, 2018 and the reasons for same. • The number and details of welfare checks (both routine or not) of registered equine establishments and the details of any sanctions or actions taken against registered equine establishments since January 1, 2018. • The details of any court case or action taken by the Department / Minister since January 1, 2018 arising out of welfare related issues at a registered equine premises. • The number and details of any investigations conducted by the Special Investigations Unit of the Department at Registered equine premises since January 1, 2018. I seek all material in electronic form. Where names or personal details would potentially preclude release I am happy for these details to be redacted to allow the substantive details to be released
