Tipperary County Council

I am seeking the release of Part V agreements in which the social housing units were leased to the council by the developer to satisfy the obligations. Please provide copies of these agreements since 2023. Please also note that the Information Commissioner has previously ruled that these agreements should be released under public interest (Case number: 180443). ​I would prefer to receive this information electronically, preferably in its original format.
