· A list of all over-claims made by plaintiff solicitors in respect of legal costs during 2015 and 2016. · The information sought would include the name of the solicitor/solicitor's practice making the claim in each case, the amount sought in the initial bill of costs and the amount paid in plaintiff legal costs following negotiation and/or referral to the Taxing Master. · It would also include, where possible, information indicating whether the case was one of general or clinical negligence or fell into another category.
